A Little About Joni

​

I believe food is something you experience. You share it with friends. You share it with the people you love to be with the most. I fell in love with cooking many years ago and have learned to do so by experimenting with unique flavors and being taught dishes from different cultures. Not only have I catered meals, I have worked in restaurants specializing in French, Indian and classic American dishes. I also held the title of Lead Banquet Cook at a major Cleveland Hotel chain.

I am passionate about creating the best food experience using the best ingredients without compromising the natural taste.
